BUSBTC 320 Creating Value for Customers
This course provides an understanding of how products and services are efficiently developed, sold, and delivered to create value for customers and business. Topics include market analysis, consumer behavior, market segmentation, personal sales, distribution strategies, project management, and supply chain management.
The major project I worked on for this class was a complete marketing plan for Murie Design Group, a graphic design company in downtown Boise, Idaho. The group I worked with included three other students from my class. My responsibilities for this project included coordinating with employees at Murie Design Group to gather information and then communicating with my group to explain how the company operated and what their goals are.
